Обычные материалы для пластиковых кофейных стаканчиков включают полистирол (ПС), полипропилен (ПП) и полиэтилен (ПЭ). Полистирол (ПС) имеет высокую прозрачность (светопропускание больше или равно 90%), но плохую термостойкость (<60℃) and is brittle. Polypropylene (PP) has high mechanical strength (tensile strength 30-40MPa) and high temperature resistance (120℃), but lower transparency. Polyethylene (PE) is highly corrosion-resistant and inexpensive, but lacks rigidity (flexural modulus approximately 200-300MPa). PP material, because it meets food contact safety standards (FDA certification), is more suitable for holding hot drinks. It is recommended to choose based on the usage scenario: PS is suitable for displaying cold drinks, PP is suitable for taking hot coffee to go, and PE is suitable for low-cost short-term use.
